Believing that it will somehow benefit me alot in this life of mine. I visualised that the white light from the god pouring down. I felt my body getting very clear and light. Its like someone pouring peppermint into my body. I never had this kind of feeling before.

 It feel great!! I know that im really being bless.

The retreat teaches us the teaching of living our life and meditation was included. Many of us, as human, doesnt know whats the meaning of being right here and the purpose. Why and How we are here this including myself has starts to search for the answer.

During the practice, i find myself in the calm place. I see beautiful purple light, pink and white. In the colour there is stars appearing when i take a closer look. It was really beautiful. I can also feel a fast heart beat coming up. My body gets heat up and sometime floating. I was so peaceful that when the teacher end the meditation session i didnt want to get out of it!
