It was quite unusual as i do not have this experience before. I had come to realise that it was the inner me who is not resting making the noise.

People might not believe but infact i have come to realise that…. once i heard myself playing cards that i have just learnt recently. Then only yesterday i heard that i was chanting the script i pick up in the retreat in very smooth i have no problem in chanting at all as i always had because it is not easy to remember. I was awake by the voice hearing it when i was half awake.

I hope it was really me and me myself because there is no one in the room!
